Nathanael Larbi
Programmes Manager
Nathanael is a social worker and has over 7 years experience working with non-governmental organisations e.g. the US Peace Corps Ghana. He is responsible for drawing up cultural exchange programs for high schools and universities abroad and locally. Owing to his strong relations with renowned Ghanaian/international professors and educational institutions, he is able to organise these programmes with the right calibre of faculty. Nathanael enjoys cooking and sightseeing.

Adelaide Addo
Placement Recruitment Manager
Adelaide has been with Linking Cultures since its inception and has such strong passion for social work. She comes up with our exciting volunteer and internship opportunities and ensures that proper job descriptions are compiled for the various positions. She will most likely correspond with you when you first apply and meet you at the airport when you arrive. Most admirable about her is her kind heart, human relations and communication skills.

Andrew Kwadwo Asa
Safety and Security Coordinator
To ensure that there are no dangers associated with any of our activities, Andrew assesses all of our projects for safety. He is responsible for assessing volunteer accommodation, host organisations and placement sites for risk issues that may affect the safety and quality of volunteers and interns, and to check if these sites have safety policy documents and equipment like first aid boxes and fire extinguishers available in case of emergencies. He never stops until he has gotten to the bottom of an issue.

Jones Owusu-Afriyie
Northern Sector Coordinator
Jones has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and has a strong relationship with Linking Cultures. He is our Northern Region Coordinator and oversees all projects relating to that area.

Eric Baah
Fundraising Coordinator
Eric has experience in fundraising and is responsible for soliciting funds for our projects.
